• Yes, you might share the project drawing,our sale team and excellent R&D team will provide the solution according your specific requirement

3. For the Belt track system what's the difference between 3 wire and 4 wire?

• The cables: Inside 4 line belt are silicone conductive wires  inside 3 line belt are just bare copper wires.
• Patent issue : 4 line belt doesn’t have patent issue. 4 line belt is our unique design, specially developed by our company.    3 line belt is exactly same to Vibia’s plusminus, it’s Vibia’s patent product.
• Insulation &size : The silicone conductive wires can also be made into 2 or 3 line ;  
• The silicone layers ensure the good insulation performance of belt track;  
• Dali control:  2 cables in the middle of 4 line belt can be used for Dali control, but the bare copper wires cannot be used to make a 4-line belt of this size.
• Price: 3 line belt is much cheaper than 4 line belt, but most of our customers prefer 4 line belt cause they want to avoid patent issue. You can think about this and choose the most suitable one for you.

4. Do you accept small project order? What’s order lead time?

• We don’t have MOQ limited. Lead times may vary depending on order quantity and materials availability. Our team will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order.
