• Yes. Magnetic track rails can be cut on site to match project dimensions. However, cutting must be done according to the system specification, and proper re-connection and electrical treatment are required to ensure safe installation and stable performance.

• We use high-quality LED chips such as Osram and Cree, they are generally rated for up to 50,000 hours under standard operating conditions.

Yes, we provide 48V magnetic track lighting systems in both single color and tunable white versions.

• Single color options include standard CCT such as 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, and 3500K. Tunable white systems allow adjustable color temperature from warm to cool white (e.g., 2700K–5700K).
• Dimmable solutions are also available via DALI, 0–10V, TRIAC, Zigbee, or Bluetooth control systems, depending on project requirements.

• No, the fabric belt is decorative and fabric-based — it is not waterproof, the LED heads are usually IP20 (indoor use only), not suitable for bathrooms or outdoors.

• Yes, our system can work with DALI, Zigbee, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi controllers, allowing you to adjust brightness, set schedules, and create scenes directly from your smart home app.

• The safety of the magnetic lamp, which is mainly related to the quality and quantity of the magnet. The key issue is whether they have use the standard quality magnetic.
• Currently what we use is NdFeB rare-earth permanent magnet , which is the most powerful magnet on the earth. The model we use is the standard N35, magnetic 3600 (+-10%) Gauss, this model has a temperature resistance of 80 degrees and a Curie temperature of 240 degrees. Degaussing slowly at 80 degrees, if it reaches 240 degrees, it will demagnetize instantly. Our lamp body is controlled at around 40 degrees at normal room temperature, far below the degaussing temperature of 80 degrees. The magnetic force needs to reach 5 times than the weight of the lamp. This is the safety test standard of TUV.
• Our IQC test each batch of magnets.

• Our strictly and reliable QC team always 100% inspection on raw materials, 100% aging test and final Inspection before shipment. We provide 3years warranty from the shipment date.

• We don’t have MOQ limited. Lead times may vary depending on order quantity and materials availability. Our team will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order.

• The cables: Inside 4 line belt are silicone conductive wires  inside 3 line belt are just bare copper wires.
•  Patent issue : 4 line belt doesn’t have patent issue. 4 line belt is our unique design, specially developed by our company.    3 line belt is exactly same to Vibia’s plusminus, it’s Vibia’s patent product.
•  Insulation &size : The silicone conductive wires can also be made into 2 or 3 line ;  
• The silicone layers ensure the good insulation performance of belt track;  
•  Dali control:  2 cables in the middle of 4 line belt can be used for Dali control, but the bare copper wires cannot be used to make a 4-line belt of this size.
•  Price: 3 line belt is much cheaper than 4 line belt, but most of our customers prefer 4 line belt cause they want to avoid patent issue. You can think about this and choose the most suitable one for you.
